2.1. AEG is made up of different legal entities. This Policy is issued on behalf of AEG so when we mention “AEG”, “we” or “us” in this Policy, we are referring to the relevant company in our group responsible for processing your personal information. Associated Energy Group, LLC is the controller and responsible for personal information processed in connection with the use of our website.

If you would like to join our network, we will ask you for personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and email address. If you register on our website we will also collect a user name and password. If you submit an application for credit to us we will ask you for personal information including your name, postal address, telephone number, financial account history and information, education and employment history and status, and credit references; we may also request a credit report from a third-party credit bureau.

Our website is not designed nor intended to be attractive to children under the age of 18, if you are not 18 years or older, do not use our website. AEG may provide certain services through its Website and Mobile Application (“App”) that rely upon location information. To provide and improve AEG’s services, where available, AEG may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device that you use to access AEG’s Website and App, and you hereby agree and consent to AEG’s collection, use, transmission, processing and maintenance of such location data to provide such services. In addition, by enabling and or using any location-based services or features provided through the Website or App, you agree and consent to AEG collecting, using, processing and maintaining information related to your account, and any devices or computers registered thereunder, for the purposes of providing such location-based services or feature to you. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your account ID and name, device and/or computer ID and name, device and/or computer type and geographic location of your device and/or computer. You can withdraw your consent at any time by not using the AEG Website or App, or by turning off the location services settings for the Website or App on the device.
